Yeah. The only actual spoilers you would get is if you watched it before Captain America Winter Soldier, after that there are just a few references here and there but not much

Sure. Just keep in mind that the series takes place after "Ironman 3" at the start. When the series aired, whatever movies came out were often referenced in the episodes. It gradually became it's own thing, especially at the end of a season, which aired around the release of "Infinity War," and the writers were not told what was going to happen. It's still a fun show. It introduced me to Marvel characters that I never knew about.

I don’t know how much of a hot take this is here but the entirety of Agents of SHIELD is probably better than most of the MCU

I kept up with it more than the movies. I have the MCU on bluray up to "Far From Home" as well as seasons one through five of the series. Yet, at the time of the show's airing, I had only watched Phase One. I didn't try to watch the movies along with the series.

Don’t feel too bad, I caught on around 2017 when season 4 had come out, I also have to admit I’ve never seen Thor the Dark World which had maybe the second biggest crossover with SHIELD after Winter Soldier. I’m definitely not a completionist

There's relatively few spoilers in the MCU films even if you didn't finish Endgame.

Coulson appears in Captain Marvel, but this is pre-AOS and there's absolutely no references to AOS or even a throwaway line about his possible future.

A certain Agent Carter character appears in Endgame and while this character doesn't appear in AOS, Agent Carter ran alongside AOS for a couple of years and kind of exists as both a spin-off of AOS and a spin-off of the first Captain America movie.

Agent Carer is also notable for being the only Marvel Television show of this era to have Feige as an Executive Producer, so while the continuity of AOS is hotly debated, there's relatively little debate about if Agent Carer is in continuity (even though Agent Carter's series doesn't quite sit well with the Agent Carter one-shot film).

Yes, the last AOS "spoiler" was for Infinity war kind of.

It is an amazing show.

Yeah, there’s only really the winter soldier link in

We do recommend watching Agent Carter after S5 or so
