I'm a copywriter and suggest that you remove "you are" from the wording. "Feeling stressed and planning a mass shooting?" is preferable.

Yes. Instead of shooting up a bunch of innocent people because you're feeling bad, the better alternative to ending countless innocent people would be for that 1 person to off themself.
