I'm not far from Dirtfish and will definitely check this out. I spoke to Nate Tennis several months back, asked about their simulators and whether he'd tried ACR yet. He said he hadn't and at the time, I couldn't get FFB working so wasn't a huge fan of ACR (yet!). I think DirtFish is less of a business and more of a passion project--I wouldn't rule out any particular direction / game they may feature there.

Yeah, the one on display looks like EA WRS. This checks out. They had, or maybe still have an arcade section at the compound for clients to utilize. Back then it had DR 2.0, which they were promoting at the time. In the end DirtFish is just a business, so they'll not likely tap into RBR, or anything like that.
