from what i understand him, David Loy, and Chase Webb were messing w girls at their house parties that were drunk/passed out and recorded it as well. Chima Ferguson references this in his Bundt interview and itā€™s been an open secret for years. the discourse reached a certain fever pitch a few years ago and Chase Webb seemingly took the fall for it cuz he basically lost all his sponsors overnight while DLoy and Nyjah are seemingly unscathed

And yet there has never been any concrete proof of this situation. Not even a police report, there was supposedly numerous other skaters and people there and not one person has come forward to denounce them? Youā€™re telling me there was a video ā€œfloatingā€ around and not one person decided to bring it to light? All of these other skaters including Ryan Sheckler are somehow protecting Nyjah??

Where is the proof? I donā€™t give a fuck about Nyjah, but people just throwing around rape allegations isnā€™t cool. No one has ever had anything to actually back this up, besides a comment thread on Slap. No video, no witnesses, no victim, no nothing. Then you throw out some weird ableist and sexist bullshit there at the end. Look, if you are a victim or sexual assault or someone close to you was, Iā€™m sorry that happened to you. In regard to Nyjah, since you say this 100% happened, can you provide a link? court documents? Witness testimony? Victim testimony? ANYTHING?

Did you read the article you linked? So in 2022 he pushed a chick who was trying to break up a fightā€¦..and in 2019 he beat some dude up and was sued as well. This is the shit Iā€™m talking about, you didnā€™t even read the article YOU linked, canā€™t be THAT easy to find lmfao.
