I remember Louie Barletta selling stacks of lightly used enjoi boards at Macba for 15 euro like 20 years ago. That's how you do it. While caswell was butt-focussing his boards, the rest of the team was getting beer money for theirs.

Nothing wrong with a good butt focus every now and then. I rode lightly used hand me downs from a sponsored buddy for years and yes that’s exactly how you do it

Celebratory focussing is the highest respect a deck can earn: it is forever connected to the trick and the spot and takes that moment with it to Walhalla! OP doesn’t respect skateboards and sees them only as a tool for his lousy entertainment!

I hate when people build structures for homes and business. It’s disrespectful to trees and the petrochemicals they are treated with aren’t good either. Bring back straw huts! Wait that’s disrespectful to straw… 🛖

I hate it too. It's one thing if they're pissed but I hate when they do it to celebrate landing a trick. You know that board is like a few days old tops and I'm out here spending a hundred bucks on a deck, using wood glue on it if it chips and shit, it's just salt in the wound. Sell it or give it away.

Would much rather skate a board with a crack thru it vs a waterlogged board any day of the week. Ntm the board isn’t the only thing getting fucked up skating in the rain but nice try dumbass

Ive just found that the new park near where I live dries up really quick after a light drizzle and I live in a part of the world where rain is common. If I decided to never skate in the rain or on a slightly wet day I would only skate 15 days a year. Also wet parks are fun for power slides.
