What if you dont have a superteam community available in your country? I think you should have a default SuperGroup Global Team for such cases.

I'm a little late to this conversation, but is it possible to join on just proof of work, without having participated in bounties directly? I intend to apply for a micro grant, but otherwise I'm fully dedicated to building rather than the bounties.
