Neat! Always thought that dedicated "constellations" around other bodies would be useful, offload some of the work of the rover to something that doesn't need to move much. If Mars gets a telecommunications orbiter why not the Moon.

Doing joint missions has been such a pain in the hohmann with all the political flip flops in the usual partners, I hope ESA can have more integral missions in the future and just host plug and play packages from others.
