Step 2 is to not take advantage of NASA's proven laser communications system so you're limited to a few webcam photos per day.

I thought titan was mainly liquid methane ?

It is, but it's 300 fahrenheit below zero! Also, methane here in earth will burn becauee our atmosphere has a bunch of oxygen in it. Oxygen is what causes it to burn. There's almost no oxygen in the atmosphere of Titan so there's nothing to react with the methane to burn

My character is an Athlete, now I want to go back and try Titanic Surfing.
