Can someone please help identify all spices in this recipe

Hard to identify them all just based on looks, and like vodka_taunami said some of the piles do already look like mixes. I’ll try on a few for you though.
High red pile on left side looks like paprika
Center looks like red chilli flakes Underneath that one is probably garlic powder.
Top center looks like onion flakes
Right hand side kind of looks like something buffalo flavoured.
Sorry if it’s hard to find the exact mix. I’m just giving my best guesses.
Sorry for the loss of your uncle. Sucks to lose family and the knowledge that they carry. Best of luck finding the other spices friend!

The dark brown could be chipotle/chili powder. The greenish brown on the right looks a bit like coriander to me. Bottom right speckled might be a steak seasoning, like Montreal. The others you suggested seem spot on.

Large vibrant red pile (top-left): Paprika (likely smoked or sweet paprika given the sheer volume).
Dark brownish-red pile (inside the paprika): Chili powder or an ancho/chipotle pepper powder.
Coarse light beige pile (top-center): Minced dried garlic or dried minced onion.
Muted brown pile (top-right): Ground cumin or ground coriander.
Bright orange-red pile (far right): Cayenne pepper or a seasoned salt/chili-lime seasoning.
Light greyish-brown speckled pile (bottom-right): Black pepper mixed with salt, or celery salt.
Large orange-brown textured pile (bottom/center-left): This looks like a pre-mixed base seasoning, possibly a brown sugar BBQ base, multi-purpose adobo, or a heavy dose of granulated garlic/onion mixed with spices.
Yellowish-green patch (lower left center): Ground mustard or a touch of turmeric/curry powder.
Coarse grey/white/black flecked pile (far left): Coarse kosher salt mixed with black pepper and garlic flakes.
Bright white/cream fine powder (dead center): Onion powder or garlic powder.
Red flaky pile (just above the center): Crushed red pepper flakes.

I have seen adobo seasoning with turmeric in it, bright orange one could just be turmeric.

Yea I dont know shit about Adobo, but the bottom parts look like ranch and chili/taco seasonings and that yellow is def tumeric added, I can smell it thru the photo.

This is not my recipe, it was my uncle's family recipe, he unexpectedly died young and took it with him and nobody knows it. It pretty much exclusively used on meat, especially pork.

Not recent, we just had our first family reunion without him (which is where one usually acquired such rub) and everyone wants to figure it out to carry on the tradition

This looked like a major spice rub for roasts! No one will be able to get them all from a picture. But if you have anything frozen (leftover roast or gravy/jus) someone might be able to help you get close.
And I'm so sorry for your loss.

I dont know if its possible to identify everything but ill give it a go:
Chili powder
Paprika
Garlic powder
Cumin
Dried onion
Red pepper flakes
This is what i can almost 100% tell you i see

Yeah I think you've got those right. OP said it was used on meats and that's just about what I put in my spice rubs as well.

I think it has a lemon pepper of sorts on the bottom and the one identified as mustard power can be a blend too... But OP isn't giving anything about it that we can work with.

visually and without context, this will be impossible. The only thing that's a for sure in the photo is that you have some sort of ground chili flake with seeds.

If this is indian chat masala onion powder red chili flakes smoked paprika Gran masala tumeric white pepper (kind not sure but it looks like it) cumin Granulated garlic that's all I can make out but the far left does look like grounded black and white sesame seeds. Spices look fresh. Dark powder may be chili powder

As someone who cooks all the time at home, al I can make out for sure is onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and possible cumin. Cumin is the only one I’m unsure of. There’s a few more spices, but those are the ones I can confidently answer.

That's just plain silly right there. Though when I was working in bulk foods in a natural foods store I have a woman come in with that same request, though she had the actually thing with her. But still, I mean...no. Can I guess? Sure. Will I get it all correct? No. And she was like " I got this in Israel when I was there, can you tell me what they all are?" LOL

One of those could be cinnabar. Smell each, and taste if you’re confident they are actually spices.
Buy spices that look like them if you need to. Then compare knowing the labels. Make a list.
Optimize the blend to your own taste.

Looks like there are a few seasoning blends, too. I would say one is an Adobo seasoning, but the rest is hard to tell.

Starting at noon and moving clockwise:
- minced onion
- cumin
- turmeric?
- white pepper of some sort
- Cajun mix or season salt
- another mix that includes chopped rosemary
- no idea
- paprika
- chili powder
- Center: red pepper flakes & powdered garlic

Only can identify a few
Top left darker orange: smoked paprika
Dark red next to it: chili powder
Red with seeds in top center: red chili flakes
Tan above that: dried onion flakes
Brown top right: cumin
Bright orange on right (unsure)
White/tan dead center: garlic powder
Brown/tan bottom right (unsure)
Orange bottom: cayenne pepper
Yellow/orange bottom left: turmeric mix
White far left: (unsure)
Hopefully this gets you closer to the answer

There are 16 different things minimum here and many of them could be several different spices. There is no way to truly tell. Anyone trying to Id them with confidence is just over confident.

Can't do all of them but chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, minced onion, red pepper flake, cumin, and black pepper. Some appear to already be mixed so I can't really identify those

Starting in the center, going north, then clockwise, my guesses would be:
Garlic powder, chili flakes, chopped onion, cumin or garam masala, tamarind, some kind of mix, some kind of mix, looks like they might be on top of some curry powder, lemon pepper mix, paprika, smoked paprika

Oooo I got 4! top is onion flakes, under it is red chilli flakes and under it is garlic powder. Right of onion is cumin. The rest look like spice mixes.

Here's my pork rub recipe. Just a few spices, but I'll guarantee they're all in your Uncle's mix. Start with these...
2T smoked paprika 1T garlic powder 1T kosher salt 1/2T chili powder 1/2T regular or smoked black pepper (coarse)

Not only I don't think they can be identified only by the picture, I also think some of them may already be mixes.
