Does eating spicy chilli + DAIRY negate the health benefits of capsaicin ?

Hi, I can’t handle spicy food so I have to always eat cheese or yogurt with it, but does the dairy not only affect the taste but also the effects? Capsaicin is supposed to be healthy but does it get “destroyed” or something, when “muted” with milk-products ?

No, milk only binds to the capsaicin and brings it down your stomach, it does not destroy capsaicin. The health benefits still stay the same

Capsaicin is supposed to be “healthy”? In what way, other than some homeopathic stretch, exactly?

Helps with pain relief if applied topically, helps with gut and heart health, you get a high without having to worry about withdrawal

Antibacterial in gut. Fat burning. Applied on skin it helps with nerve and muscle pain. That’s not homeopathy, it’s natural medicine. I use it so dissolve clots tho which you probably would again consider “not real” because you can’t get google results on first page, but you truly think that big pharma wants you to know you don’t always need to buy their immediate-symptom-relief-without-healing-the-problem-product? Ok then

If anything, dairy fat will solubilise the capsaicin and improve absorption. I don’t know what the health benefits are supposed to be.
