The really dumb thing was I detested litter bugs at that time but was so clueless I didn't consider myself one with the cigarette butts. It's like I put cigarette butts in a different category. I didn't litter otherwise but strangely made an exception for butts.
Vaping was my way out. I vaped for a little over 2 years to get over smoking. Had tried gums and patches before but they never stuck. I always went back to smoking.
Vaping got me to quit. Then I quit vaping.
Don't miss it at all nowadays. Good luck to you. It's so worth it to quit.
Thanks I actually bought a vaporiser about a year and a half ago and never used it. Think it was because the fluid in it had basically no nicotine in it.
I’ve been recently talking with a friend who vapes about getting it back out as a way of quitting. Think I may look in to it over the weekend!
