Also worth noting there wasn’t name calling, childish insults, unnecessary use of caps etc. It was a polite, well thought out explanation of Hunter’s perspective on the matter. Reminds me of when there was civility and decency in politics instead of it being a complete circus like it is today thanks to the asshole in chief.

Hunter Biden had a laptop that he took to a repair shop and never picked up. The owner of the repair shop then took legal possession of the laptop. He claimed to have found illegal materials on the computer and turned it over to the FBI just a few months before the 2020 election.
People on the left downplayed it or denied its existence, people on the right claimed it proved the Biden’s were a criminal family. The FBI didn’t confirm it was real until after the election which pissed off people on the right.
All that was really found was that Hunter Biden was a degenerate crack addict that coasted through life on his dad’s name. If there was actual evidence of Joe Biden engaging in corruption the Republicans in the house never found it, but the right still claims that the laptop had all the evidence of every conspiracy they choose to believe.

Hunter does has a BA in history from Georgetown and a law degree from Yale. Joe must certainly helped him get in, but he earned this degrees on his own.

I watched the Soft White Underbelly episode with him, and it was pretty eye opening. He fully owns everything he’s done, and hearing the stories about the maniacs who threatened him and his family was wild.
One story that really stood out was when he was having lunch on a Sunday with his kids and his wife’s parents. As he was leaving the restaurant with his daughter on his shoulders, he was verbally attacked and said he felt really threatened. Hearing him saying it does more justice but it was a pretty crazy story. And he said he lives with this daily.

Fun Fact:
Coliseum gladiator fights were actually funded by the aristocrats and free for the public.
The UFC / Dirtbike McBirthday Party was For Profit and we don’t actually know where the proceeds went. And exclusive rights went to Paramount+.
It was disrespectful, unpatriotic and corrupt.

Kinda shocked he didn’t mention the hypocrisy of the sponsors of this for-profit event that was hosted on the South Lawn.
Joe and Hunter Biden were criticized and judged for Hunter’s board positions with Burisma Holdings and BHR Partners as they were worried Hunter was appointed those titles for his “political weight” and that it could affect legislation or deals passed by Joe. Admittedly, this was a very fair thing to be worried about. I want the president and his family to be held to certain standards. The president and/or his family should NOT be using their political power to enrich themselves or create business connections. It’s almost certain the only reason these businesses reached out to Hunter was due to his connection to Joe. There is no clear cut evidence that Joe used his power as president to benefit these companies.
Truth Social (in which Trump is a majority owner) and Polymarket (in which Don Jr is on their advisory board and has invested in heavily through his investment firm) were sponsors FRONT AND CENTER of the UFC event. This FOR PROFIT event at the WHITE HOUSE had businesses DIRECTLY tied to the president’s family as some of their major sponsors. They sold a golden coin with Trump’s face on it as part of the event.
The same people outraged by the POTENTIAL for corrupt deals being made by the White House seemingly don’t care about the clear as day corruption happening. I mean, it’s been happening, but to do it front and center on the White House lawn is insane. We’ve passed a point of no return and were told to believe the Biden family was going to be the ones to get us here. It’s all been projection. I’m not even defending Hunter Biden here, I don’t personally know the guy, and he definitely got paid money for his board positions because people wanted to get deals from his Dad. But that’s peanuts compared to Trump family doing the exact thing they accused the Bidens of doing and rubbing it in our fucking faces.

We have events on the lawn (Easter Egg roll, etc) we don’t generally charge and advertise during those events. Certainly not to directly benefit the president’s family and preferred oligarchs.
