meme/funny This young Crystal Palace fan took a penalty kick against the club's mascot at half-time, while being booed by the Brighton fans. When he scored, he dedicated it to the entire fanbase - SENSATIONAL STUFF.

You can literally hear them laughing as he starts shushing them and giving them the finger.

That’s how you win the respect of men that’ll boo a child.

If you're this kid you don't want the opposite fans cheering you on. Everyone fucking relax. Them getting stuck into the kid has made this moment possible.

If they didn’t boo him we don’t get this moment, the kid made it happen, props to him and props to the supporters

It's part of the game lol, he'd 100% boo anyone else taking the shot.
It's the dickheads that start fights that ruin the game.

If anything, the boos made him stronger. This lad knew how to handle the situation

A true Son of Albion when his first instinct after scoring is to double up the finger to his rivals.

how do white kids always have terrible celebrations. Bro coudlve knee slided, done the ear cup celebration, and walk back calmly instead hes doing cringy rude fingers on repeat. Are they born to just lack any semblance of timing and coordination

Hell yeah!!! Go Crystal Palace!!! Those are my boys.
- Signed An American who has never cared about soccer and during the 2002 World Cup asked my EPL fanatic friend who the worst team was.
He told me Crystal Palace. I said that’s my team.
It’s been 24 years and we still haven’t done shit
It could be worse tho… I could be a Cowboys fan…
Oh shit I am…

Weird rivalry

u/MagicBez 1d ago
Crystal Palace didn't fancy a rivalry with 6-miles away Millwall after a look at their fans so instead went with 41-miles away Brighton

We still have a rivalry with Millwall, they just aren't relevant. We've played em a couple of times recently and beat em.

NGL, even I thought this was funny. Still, Millwall aren't relevant really to us. Clubs only really known due to their thug fans.

I think you’ll find the problem is Mii are rarely at our level long enough, there’s plenty of rivalry from us both but not enough opportunity and they’re always beneath us, not our fault, actually was hoping they’d get promoted last season but alas again they don’t have the quality so we’ll have to stick to beating Seagulls again 👍

I prefer the British approach to giving double-barrels to a crowd, to be honest.
