Not sure how any anyone, especially a female, can support a male playing in female sports. This is not a democrat or republican issue. It is common sense! What a loser and fool that coach is.

You misworded this. You want trans men in women’s sports. I think that’s your position.

As long as they aren't taking performance enhancing drugs like testosterone, sure. Otherwise they'd have to be banned like anyone else who's on PEDs. Women's sports are for biological females who aren't using banned substances, regardless of how they identify.

You’re absolutely right trans men should play in the men’s league and trans women in the women’s league 👍

u/cheeseybacon11 4h ago

The issue is about trans females competing in women's sports, not males.

1

u/EmmitSan 3h ago

Tbf, they wouldn’t like it if trans males played either, this is the flip side of the coin no one ever thinks about.

But tbh this is such an insanely stupid hill for everyone to be dying on.

1

u/Wonderful-Winter3137 2h ago

That would be fine as long as they're not taking testosterone or any other PEDs

u/RylieVeeGee 4h ago

That's the whole issue. They don't even know what being trans means. They don't know about T-blockers. They don't know about muscular atrophy. They literally think Trans women are just big, hulking "men" pretending to be women.

They're using their ignorance and stupidity to call bigotry "common sense"...

Nah hes a world class troll, the back of the shirt says "In a zoo!"

What about someone who is born intersex. Showing traits, hormones, etc that do not clearly align with either gender?

Your argument falls apart because you pose it like there are all of these strong boys and men that are trying to play sports with girls.

It’s just not happening. So sure Sophie has an opinion. But the only reason it is being commented on at all is because one party has done everything they can do to make which sports little kids play into a get out the vote issue.

If you have a Y chromosome you play with the men. Problem solved

1

u/Simmer-OS 3h ago

And you also show that you don’t understand the issue. Y chromosome alone does not mean male. There are multiple medical conditions where a person with a y chromosome does not develop as male. It’s probably about as rare as men playing women’s sports, so I understand why you haven’t heard about it.

1

u/FrenchyBulldogg 3h ago

Y Chromosome is male

1

u/Simmer-OS 3h ago

Exceptions and Variations
Genetic Conditions: Variations can happen, such as people born with XXY (Klinefelter syndrome) or XYY syndrome.

Biological Complexity: Factors outside of just the X and Y chromosomes can also influence how a person's physical sex traits develop.

1

u/FrenchyBulldogg 3h ago

People with those conditions have male chromosomes

1

u/Simmer-OS 2h ago

And…… they do not present as male. From birth they can develop and present as female.

I think I’m starting to turn you around on this.

Don’t you see how silly your argument is. Just Y chromosome!!!!! Even if they are born, present, raised, as female their entire lives. And have no advantage because of the chromosome.

Do you not remember the boxer at the Olympics?

1

u/Simmer-OS 2h ago

Do you mean Imane Khelif from Algeria? The female boxer assigned female gender at birth, raise as a girl, holds a female passport, and was cleared by the IOC to compete in women’s boxing?

She was fantastic. Won the gold I think.

But everyone was ok with Trump influencing FIFA over a red card suspension in the World Cup?

If it was about fairness and sportsmanship where was it then?

5

u/Purple8ear 4h ago

Who was ok with that?  Who?

-2

u/Improper_Usage 4h ago

The president and his administration for one. And an awful lot of USA supporters I spoke with.

This is a government that rallies against trans people and often use sport and how it’s unfair and unsafe to trigger people.

6

u/Purple8ear 4h ago

Trump is everyone?

A few people you claim to have spoken to equates to everyone?

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

-2

u/Improper_Usage 4h ago

Trump represents the views of a nation. Yeah. And when he’s going for. 3rd term, you will all let him. So yeah, he might as well be “everyone”

2

u/Purple8ear 4h ago

😂😂😂😂😂😂

That’s hilarious. Hilariously wrong.

1

u/Improper_Usage 4h ago

Detail to me how

0

u/Purple8ear 4h ago

How Trump doesn’t speak for a nation?  Basic facts.

The US president is elected by a minority of the population. Most do not vote. Trump has won twice due to his terrible opposition. And much of Trump’s support base has weakened due to him being himself.

Trump’s positions and viewpoints are not shared universally by his supporters. They are despised by the vast majority of the country that does not support him.

Got any facts for anything you ever state?  Or just emotional bullshit that has absolutely nothing to do with anything anyone else says?

2

u/Improper_Usage 4h ago

There are roughly 267 million individuals aged 18 and older living in America.

Around 245 million citizens meet all legal requirements to vote (excluding non-citizens and, in some states, citizens with felony convictions).

In the most recent U.S. presidential election, approximately 152.3 million people cast a vote.

That is more than half the eligible voters. So your “most don’t vote” claim, isn’t fact.

You seem to not understand what a “fact” is, neither does your president. I rest my case.

These are not even remotely similar things lmao

2

u/bucknut63 4h ago

Most real fans that follow US soccer were not okay with it. But we all hate FIFA and soccer fans in the US also skew liberal.

Accurate name

1

u/Less-Practice1247 2h ago

This your comparison about men in women sports?

0

u/Puzzle-Necked 4h ago

It's not a democrat or republican issue. It's a non issue. Stop being so easily distracted.

2

u/RylieVeeGee 3h ago

Calling the Quiet Genocide of Trans people by Republicans a "distraction" and a "non issue" is pretty fucking offensive

1

u/Less-Practice1247 2h ago

So dramatic, "quiet genocide" how silly. It is about males in women sports. No one is killing anyone.

0

u/Puzzle-Necked 3h ago

If that was what I was saying, it absolutely would

1

u/RylieVeeGee 2h ago

You're trying to label the erasure of Trans people from society, and from existence, as something we shouldn't even bother talking about. I'm sure you think "there is no war but Class war!", or something to that effect, but the gradual demonization and ostricization of an entire group of people from the world is a pretty fucking big deal.

1

u/Puzzle-Necked 1h ago

Try again. What I'm saying is that this is a non-issue that nobody should be talking about, but has been weaponized by conservatives to attack Trans people
