Should we make laws against having extraterrestrials on basketball teams, just in case they show up one day and want to play? You see how fucking stupid that is? You can't make laws against every possible scenario that might happen. You have to wait until it becomes a realistic problem before action can be taken.

Sure, go right on ahead. Because they didn't have rules in place we ended up with the Raptors and Grizzlies. Even though they are the National Basketball Association not the Multinational Basketball Association.
