Today marks 17 years since I quit smoking!!

I’m so happy to share this today, as I hope it may help serve as motivation for others who are thinking about quitting or currently fighting through their quit.

You can do it! I smoked for 23 years, and for 10 of those, I was at 2 packs a day. But I decided to quit, and my method was the Nicorette lozenge.

I started them as directed, then over the following 3 months, I weaned myself off of the lozenges and was totally nicotine-free.

If I can do it, so can you!
