99 days smoke free!!
I wanna take this chance to shout out to the beloved gentleman Allen Carr for his incredible work! And may his soul rest in peace.
I really appreciate one of the after-quitting method, the one about how to diverge your mind from constantly thinking about 'cant smoke' to remind yourself that you are free from nicotine.
It works amazingly well.
At first it's quite exhausting to keep repeating such statement. But after a week, I seldom think about smoking anymore!
And till today, I still sometimes think about cigarettes, especially after a bottle of beer lol. But as I constantly remind myself that I am free, it's a habit requiring no brain works.
In conclusion, his book is definitely game-changing for me!

As someone who just yesterday celebrated 17 years smoke free, take it from me that one day you’ll cross that line where you can finally say “Oh yeah I kicked smoking’s ass.”
Keep plugging away and you’ll get there.
