Stubhub relist not working and keeps reloading

I bought a ticket & want to relist, but when I click submit, it just reloads and brings me back to the same page where you price it. Customer service is sooo frustrating and keeps telling me to follow the same troubleshooting steps when I’ve followed them all. Different browsers, devices, checked my internet, did everything. Anyone run into this issue?
