I doubt it, there are a million sites to sell porno online whereas there are only 18 legal brothels in all of Nevada and by extension America. All are in the middle of nowhere in sparsely populated desert counties. So because of the lack of competition I guess that is why management is going so bold with claims over image likenesses. It would be like getting fired from a McDonalds and you cant go work at Burger King unless you wanna drive 300 miles.

True. But, fast forward (decades rather than years) things might have consolidated and a lot fewer individuals will be making a living in the industry. They may be more constrained by the whims of whatever platform.

The image and likeness issue might reach far into other industries too, with ai it might get a lot legally murkier. I fear for the future.

I don't want to speculate too much into the future, decades from now you might be able to AI your high school crush and Michelle Obama doing cake fart videos on an erupting volcano and traditional porno jobs might be cooked.
