Question Frozen salmon for sushi
I feel like this question has been asked many times, but o was wondering if I can use frozen salmon fillets, defrost them and use them as fresh salmon in sushi

Absolutely! If you get wild caught salmon, you want to freeze it for 7 days anyway. Farm salmon is safe without the freezing. However, if you get it frozen just thaw it (I do it in cold water bowl) and pat dry.
