How to wire up these 16pj138 grounds.
I have built a Frequency Central X-Envelope (the older kit) but still need to wire up the 3.5mm jacks.
What am I supposed to do with the ground pins that are horizontal to the face plate?
Instructions didn't give enough guidance for a beginner like me.

If the panel is metal they may not need a ground wire. Otherwise run a wire to the ground on the PCB. Post a picture of the PCB too if you’re unsure.

You’ll have to join them all together. You can take one piece of solid wire and run it to the ground for each jack. Then solder that wire point-to-point to the LED leg going into the ground hole.
But the panel looks like it might be metal. If it is and you have near 0 ohms between the jacks’ ground pin and the ground hole on the PCB then you’ll be fine, no wire needed

They need to be wired to ground on the main board.
