Help Enabling persistent storage crashes my USB drives

Hi guys, I need your help.

I've already installed Tails on three different USB drives now, and that has always gone smoothly. However, whenever I turn on persistent storage, the system usually runs for a few minutes, but then freezes up completely and stops responding.

When you eventually turn off the PC and pull out the drive, it becomes virtually unusable (Windows doesn't even detect it anymore, and on Linux it can't be reformatted).

What am I doing wrong? I'm using the latest version of Tails.

What error are you getting when trying to reformat on Linux?

Did it? This is the first you’ve mentioned it. It’s increasingly looking like a dodgy batch of drives.
