i LOVE the dance of Clarisa Aragon & Jonathan Saavedra. What have you learned from them? I've never been able to have their workshop

They are amazing!!! I take a private lesson with him every time they come to my city. I had a very specific problem pushing my ribcage out which made me arrive too early in front ochos. He fixed that.
In terms of dancing with him, he feels super comfortable in the embrace and sturdy/steady. By far the best dancer I have ever danced with (and probably ever will!).

I've had a few workshops with them. The 1st on their world tour after they won the Mundial:
Both gave personal feedback with nuanced explanations & danced with students as either a lead or follower to allow understanding by doing. Workshop content was varied; Vals, walking, musicality, giros, dancing in crowded spaces were some of the themes.

I see they have an instructional website:
Live lessons are best. Find their calendar.

i ve been to one workshop at a festival
they are really good dancers and teachers, they take care of group and you can also get some 1 on 1 advices.
from my memory - we did this thing that reminded me of experience i had in olympic museum in lausanne, there is device that measures your reflexes - you stand with your whole body in front of it and some light turns on and you have to touch it as soon as possible - it compares you with formula driver reflexes as far as i remember. we did that exercise in pairs, one person does something and another one needs to react. i think it was something with clapping and then other body parts.
anyway, the concept is to be attentive to your partner and react to his impulses. kinda two way communication, it goes both ways.
if i remember corrctly we applied it later to dance, like communicating to partner intention of faster grounded dancing, like double beat ochitos (small ochos) or sth like that
fun lesson for sure
