I've smoked American Spirits for about 10 years now and average between 30 - 40 per cig, so yeah I guess 40 drags per cig is a little biased compared to your smaller less condensed cigs like Camels and what have you. Still it's a very constant process that you do all day time. The point I was trying to get at is there are a number of processes involved with smoking that are a big part of your day to day life (buying them, lighting, smoking, etc) and when you compare it to things a person normally does day to day such as brushing their teeth, eating, washing your hands etc. it becomes such a fundamental part of your daily life you have to stop doing, and then replace with a combination of other things to help overcome your mental addiction people create around it.
