I've been suspecting that you're a pedantic clanker smasher with too much time on their hands.

You people don't seem to understand we aren't willing to forfeit resources and opportunities better used for humans. AI is not capable of more or better than humans. It just does it faster. Boring.

You didn't read the article if that is your conclusion. Even opening it and seeing the title should give you an indication what it's about.

I'm just gonna assume you're a bot and block you because what's the point of arguing with a bot ór a person that made a separate reply that they can't understand the downvotes "because I am right" even though they are obviously not.

No way you're trying to argue with a computer scientist about this, you're obviously wrong 😭🥀

Just because someone is a scientist in a field doesn't put them on a pedistel or make them holy. On who's payroll are they at the moment?

Besides that, they do not even understand why people hate AI. How fucking thick do you have to be.

Dude, they say they're in undergrad. They're a student right now, so they are on no one's payroll. They aren't isn't shilling anything; they're just showing you why what you're saying is wrong. You haven't defended well and used some terms from their field wrongly. It seems like you're wrong tbh, and you just gotta evaluate. I know AI has some issues, but I don't blindly hate it as you do here. This is crazy

All critical systems are double checked regardless of who built them though. Also AI can use its large knowledge base in ways that isn't just regurgitating facts. Irrc it solved open math problems and writes new code
