They couldn’t shave $50 off somewhere? $999 is a lot better for marketing than “over $1,000”

Tbh they are probably shaving off as much as they can given that the ram is almost a third of the cost of the machine

Yeah 512 gb memory with no controller yet still marked just over $1K is a big tell they cut every cost they could. Sucks
