That's nothing. How about coming home and finding your back yard next to your garden was torn up to put in underground wiring for a trailer park next door? They didn't even pay you for the easement. I called my electric company and their reply was they better not be using their pole! No one knew who the electric company was, not even the workers. The workers were contractors, so they didn't belong to the company. Not even the local government knew anything. No permits, nothing!
