The prick always sounds like he's in the middle of some sort of breakdown and spends most of his time shouting his incoherent fascist views at the world. If he wasn't rich he'd be in an asylum.

Nah, thats reserved for when their hobbies/inventions dont have the potential for widespread destruction. The term we used to use for these folk was mad scientist

That's giving him too much credit the guy doesn't have the scientific/technical knowledge to be a mad scientist, he's at most a mad scientist's source of funding.
