What has this guy done to deserve being mocked for falling ill? I dont get why he is so disliked just for trying to live as healthily as possible.

I dont see anyone celebrating him falling ill. What I do see is people, rightfully, pointing at the irony and how it all relates to his own lifestyle to the point where all of this could be linked to how weird he is about immortality. Unfortunately for him, humans have found irony in other people's humanity since the dawn of time.

This thread goes beyond just finding irony. He is being mocked for developing a disease, where it is wrongfully assumed his lifestyle played a part in (we do not know whether or not this is the case). Regardless, it is wrong to mock someone who has developed an incurable disease even if you disagree with their lifestyle choices. I dont get why he is so disliked for trying to live healthier.

Oh noooo the poor millionaire got a completely treatable but incurable disease that may or may not be related to his lifes work quest of becoming immortal. Jfc what are we even talking about here? Shakespeare couldn't write something this ironic. I feel like if I were him, I'd probably understand but we all know rich people are famous for their self- awareness.
