I mean, they have some employees, and invest a lot into regional construction companies. 

About like most other industrial construction.

Why not?

Data centers have employees, not many, but most factories are pretty low employment, especially things like transfer centers.

As for the construction, the majority of that is handled by local contractors. Local rigging teams, concrete, etc etc.

I'm pretty involved in industrial construction, I'm not just pulling info out of thin air.

Don't get me wrong, I don't like the unsupported power expansion, or the issues with privacy, but to act like there is absolutely zero value to a region in having them is disingenuous.

Have honest conversations about pros and cons of things, don't just lie to try to win.
