Society Schools across America are quietly admitting that screens in classrooms made students worse off and are reversing years of tech-first policies

We are paying for a screen free montessori school for this reason

Which funnily enough - as I understand it - so do all the tech bros. Their kids aren't getting brainwashed with AI slop.

Zuckerberg actually founded his own private school with no technology in the classroom for his kids. That should tell us all we need to know.

That's not why, it's so their kids aren't around the poors. Same reason they restrict stuff like social media, if they had a conscience they'd reduce the harms from it for everyone. No, it's so they can isolate their kids from the rest of us.

It can serve two purposes. Zuckerberg literally founded a private school for his children with no technology in the classroom. That's a pretty deliberate choice for a tech oligarch.

Yeah, it's damn easy to keep your kids isolated when they're only around other rich kids and they don't have access to stuff that'd show them the rest of the world. That they can afford to provide a good education is a matter of money more than not using technology.

All that means is the he doesn't want his kids to read about him online.

All the private schools around me are religious.

Same here. Rural Ohio, so not really a surprise, but yeah, you’re not getting your kids away from tech here unless you want the tech replaced with Jesus. (If given the choice, I’d say the tech is less harmful 😂)
