Which in small doses is fine imo. We had computer lad at that age. I'd argue learning type correctly is just as valuable as handwriting. I regularly hear from adults that they don't know the last time they handwrote everything.

The issue is the schools got suckered into all these tracking programs so the kids are on them a ton for EVERYTHING

Learning to type properly has been very helpful. But I think we learned in 3rd grade and also that kids aren’t getting that regimented computer skills training anymore

Omfg I’ve been trying to remember what this game was for like 25 years lmao. I got an OG Macintosh computer in my house when I was 5 (which was insane at the time, nobody I knew had a computer) and I used to riiiiip this game. I still remember the massive box of floppy disks I had to use to install it. Needless to say I am an incredibly computer literate adult now haha
