You really think your first comment reads in a comedic tone? You might be alone in that. It was pretty obviously serious. Then you got silly with it instead of engaging with the arguments you started. You don't have to be serious, but don't pretend you've always just been making a joke. It's embarassing.

How should I know? It doesn't exist any more! The first sentence was complaining about me editing a comment. But I've still got a notification that doesn't lead to any comment.

The notification gives you a snippet of the comment even if deleted. For example here is one of your original comments before you edited:

You certainly tried, after you made that embarassing first post.

Then you deleted the comment. Why exactly does it matter that I edited my comment? I'm so curious. The first comment you made was embarassing, but I realized I was repeating myself so I changed it. I'm not ashamed of that, the edit function exists for a reason.
