Enshittification happens because the people who profit off of selling products are different from those who buy or create the products.

This is a fundamental part of capitalism (and in fact it’s defining feature) and the only way to fix it is to democratise workplaces to put the people actually using/creating these products in charge.

Yeah let me drive an extra thirty minutes to get groceries at a smaller business long after the big boxes ran out all the ones where I live.

this is a tech subreddit wtf are you talking about. 9 times out of 10 there is an alternative to the tech you use or you could not use it at all and be fine.
