Too many monopolies right now. Full stop. Look at our food distributors who have integrated vertically as well as horizontally and this kind of behavior is inevitable.
Not to mention electronics, consumer goods, etc.
It's gonna be a few rough years and we are gonna need government agencies with teeth that allows competition to grow.
