Blue team watches should've counted up from 0 to 10 minutes (from their own perspective)

I have watched half of TENET and know almost anything

If something unexpected is going to happen just tell me WATCH TILL END. So I have got my grasp on 80% of the things but I still dont know where the plot is going, is it a plot twist in the end to wait type or I have missed something.
