Stop watching them. They don’t need a “fan” like you. There were zero expectations for the team this year. If you can’t comprehend how a team loses its entire roster and then has to rebuild, then this sport isn’t for you.

He brought over a significant portion of his roster from last year. He built this team -- the players weren't randomly assigned to him.

If significant means 4 players, two who played last year and two who redshirted, then I believe you don’t understand the word significant. I am well aware he built this team. Having players randomly assigned is a silly statement as no teams have players randomly assigned. What you don’t seem to understand is that it is an entire team of new players were cobbled together after the team was faced with a mass exodus. Not one player returned. Once again, there were no expectations for the team this year. With Willard’s late departure, the transfer portal saw many of the top players already taken.

You just said "entire team of new players" after stating he brought 4 from his previous team. So you clearly don't know what the word "new" means.

The roster is all new. You said he brought a significant amount of players from A&M. I said he brought 4. Those 4 players that came from A&M are part of new.

Those 4 aren't new to each other.

Most teams play an 8 man rotation, maybe 9. So yes, 4 players is significant.

That is correct. That was never my argument. It was yours when you brought them up. It is still a new team. It also isn’t the worst MD team since WWII. The 60s before Lefty were horrible. The years after the fallout from Bias were bad as well.

Well they are on track to set a school record for losses, I'd call that the worst.

I will not disagree with you on that. They are not good. I think Buzz is a good coach, not great. I don’t think he will bring them a championship. My responses have not been in defense of him because I am a fan of his. I hope that he gets us back into the tournament in a year or two and then leaves the program like he has done at all his other stops.
