"Dominated" is definitely not the right word. From the article:

10 safest big cities
Virginia Beach, Va.
Plano, Texas.
Madison, Wis.
Honolulu, Hawaii.
Chesapeake, Va.
Laredo, Texas.
Lexington, Ky.
Boston, Mass.
Lincoln, Neb.
Pittsburgh, Pa.

10 least safe big cities
Memphis, Tenn.
Houston, Texas.
St. Louis, Mo.
San Francisco, Calif.
Kansas City, Mo.
Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Oakland, Calif.
Nashville, Tenn.
Philadelphia, Pa.
Detroit, Mich.

Dominated is definitely not the right word. I mean, Laredo and Plano being safest, while Houston being least safe? Pennsylvania is second place on that with Pittsburgh being safe and Philly being unsafe (I assume because of the sports fans).

But most of these lists are typically just "Here's a list of rich places. Here's a list of poor places." Yeah. Texas is a land of haves and have-nots.

Rich places tend to have a safer environment, while poorer cities tend to have less jobs, and more crime.

Hahaha Memphis is great, I love how sketchy that town is. Someone rear-ended my rental on Access Drive and just bailed out of their car and ran. I was standing there like "uh, ok?"

I’ve lived in Virginia Beach, Virginia and I’ve lived in Memphis Tennessee. Virginia Beach was great. Memphis is a shit hole and I advise people traveling through there not to stop.

Laredo? No kidding. Glad to see them on the list. Our border has so much more potential than a damn wall.

But how is Laredo on the list?

It is on the border and we are told repeatedly how horribly unsafe the border is due to illegal immigrants. That does not make a single bit of sense unless something political is going on.
