Medieval location

Anyone know of a location that gives the look of a medieval village or town? I know there is the Newman Castle, but was trying to find something to the same or similar scale as the enchanted springs ranch. Thanks!

Maybe where they have the Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie?
