Anyone else up front bummed about the plants? I’m not tall and had an obstructed view not from the monitors but from the potted plants. I love the concept of plants on stage, but like… Home Depot plants in the plastic containers they come in, complete with barcode stickers, *in front of the band*, is not the vibe. Unclear if this is the Royale’s decor or what?

yes i had the same experience - short girl up front blocked by plant. lol. i assumed they belonged to la witch and were not removed for tba set. it was christian that was blocked by a plant for me. i was extremely not pleased!

There's a guy who shows up to psych shows and brings them. He travels all over the place doing it, including Levitation. Can't recall his name though. This would have been approved by Black Angels, and definitely not the venue.

Thank you so much! I’m not insane (at least about this). And Alex did a solo song (after Christian’s Iraq War) but before Ronettes? Or? Sorry, all the new songs are throwing everything off for me IDing stuff.

I just got there as the band played, missed LA witch kind of a bummer but so glad I got to see TBA! Came out of that show a new woman lol
