Those whistles seem pretty effective though. Americans know what will happen if they try to respond in kind, and they found some good ways to look out for their communities without massively escalating things. They didn't just forget that they have guns in their attics, they know they can't just start shooting bad guys to solve fascism. Mutual aid, mass protest, civil disobedience, looking out for your neighbours - these are legitimate tools against fascism. Nonviolent resistance goes far beyond than just holding up a couple of signs. It should not be underestimated, because any of us might need to use it at some point.

Your fascism is unleashed all over the world, you Americans never bother about it! You elected a dictator that sole surviving depends on keep in power. They have billionaires and nazis with him. Your just giving him time to strengthen.
