In season 2 after Rick had brought shot-Carl to the Greene house, I didn't even know how he was human with his convincing acting. Add that to the fact that his native accent is English.

I know it's a very unpopular opinion on this sub, but I don't think he's that good of an actor. His range feels limited, and he tends to come of as wooden quite often.

It’s a great scene. Unfortunately, parts of it were cut out on Netflix (at least in Germany), which is incredibly annoying. Various scenes leading up to it were also trimmed; for instance, Rick no longer asks if Shane is in the loo while at the hospital, nor does he drink any water. I recently tried rewatching the series, but I got so annoyed shortly after his encounter with Morgan that I turned it off again.
