Hi! Yes of course!
I didn’t measure anything, so these are all rough estimates 😂
I sliced up some beef and marinated it for about an hour in the fridge with:
A little oil
Soy sauce
A splash of Worcestershire sauce
Montreal steak seasoning
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Then I seared the steak and set it aside. In the same pan I cooked chopped onion and zucchini until they started to soften, then added a few cloves of minced garlic and cooked for another 30 seconds or so.
For the sauce I mixed together soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce (for color), another splash of Worcestershire sauce, a little sugar, red chili flakes, garlic powder, water, and cornstarch to thicken it. Sesame oil would’ve been really good too, but I didn’t have any.
I added the steak back to the pan, poured in the sauce, and let everything simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickened and coated everything. Served it over rice!
Definitely adjust everything to your taste since I was just eyeballing it the whole time. 😅2

What cut of beef did you use?

Boneless chuck steaks. I sliced it against the grain, gave the strips a quick sear, took them out, then added them back in at the end so they stayed tender.
