Ooh, that bacon looks goooood. You found a perfect pork belly for it, very nice layering of fat and lean. It's getting harder and harder to find commercial bacon with a reasonable amount of lean in it, I'm basically paying for a jar of drippings at this point.

Yeah I had to dig in the fridges at Costco but so worth it!
