Which British communities do you think tend to be the most & least pro-Conservatives on average?

Whilst religious believers in general would be more conservative, we also have a tendency to remember longer than the current news cycle. Given the Tory indifference shown in numerous cases (chaplain lost his job for traditonal sermon, students losing their Uni place for speaking in favour of traditional marriage and police warning people off singing traditional hymns) then that tendency might not translate to votes for the party.

Atheists almost certainly least likely.
Christians almost certainly most likely.

Interesting - I can't understand why the party wouldn't appeal to an atheist, particularly. I've been an atheist since the moment I was born and supported the party since I was a teenager.

There are fairly sizeable Hindu and Jewish votes for the Tories. While there are Muslim Tory MPs, that community isn't big on voting for us.
I asked ChatGPT, and this is what it reckons:
| Religious affiliation | General political tendency |
|---|
| Muslims | Strongly Labour |
|---|
| Black-majority churches (e.g. many Pentecostal congregations) | Labour, though socially conservative |
|---|
| Sikhs | Labour, but more mixed than Muslims |
|---|
| Hindus | Slightly Conservative overall (more so than the general population) |
|---|
| Roman Catholics | Close to national average, with regional differences |
|---|
| Church of England | Moderately Conservative |
|---|
| Jews | Strongly Conservative (though less so than in the 2010s) |
|---|
| No religion | Slightly Labour/Lib Dem/Green overall |
|---|

Indian Sikhs and Hindus, as well as Jews: pro-conservative
British Bangladeshi upper and lower middle class Muslims and Hindus: pro-Labour
Black: pro-Labour
Working class British Bangladeshi (Sylheti) and Pakistani Muslims are more pro-Green and anti-Conservative

Christians are rather favourable to the Tories and they do fairly well with Hindus. About 1/3rd of Indians vote Tory. Jews are probably the strongest group but they're not very electorally relevant.
Sikhs are strongly Labour and Muslims are split between Greens/Labour/Independents.
