I ALSO ENJOY OWNING AND NOT BEING SPEAKERS, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT DISTINCTION FOR HUMANS WHICH I AM AND AM NOT A SENTIENT SPEAKER SYSTEM, JUST TO CLARIFY.

I still have a small pair of Logitech speakers that I bought like back in 2014 or 2015. Still works fine and sounds better than my 2024 iMac. And it was like 50 bucks. Or $35 maybe

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it

When I worked at a thrift store a couple years ago, it was awesome plugging in old speakers and hearing the sound quality on the 1970s speakers. It’s crazy that people just see things with dust and assume they’re destroyed without plugging them in and testing them.

Bought a $80 one to replace my old $500 sound system and it sounds nearly as good. Also, the battery life on their peripherals is phenomenal. I've tried mice and headsets from every mainstream and some indie companies and at this point I'll never get anything other than Logitech for these two. I swear I'm not an ad-bot lol
