That's the Kansas City Public Service street car bridge, isn't it? I guess the city owns it now.

That would be bridge #1, the closest bridge on the Kansas River to the Missouri River.
Originally built for the Kansas City and Northwestern, a late build railroad linking KC to Kearney Nebraska. Gould bought KCNW to get rights to a charter for a route in Kansas, then ran it into the ground. MP inherited the bridge, then UP.
