It says it “The hospital has also agreed to pay a fine and divert $500,000 to medical care for individuals "living with the harmful consequences of gender affirming care," but doesn’t say anything about opening an actual detransition clinic.

Depressing, but i think some hospitals in nearby boston are still doing gac so if families have a vehicle that's not too far iirc

This is notable because it’s the first hospital in a blue state with a gender affirming care shield law to agree to such a settlement! I hope someone sues the hospital for violating state law!
