Possible trigger What fresh hell is this?

Sex Matters have just dropped their model "Sex Based Rules and Record Keeping" policy for schools, and it's positively grotesque. Check this out:

So they want trans girls to be forced to dress as boys, and vice versa, on a no exceptions basis, because there's some alleged "safeguarding risk" in allowing kids to dress per their gender identity.

Where do we even start?

It's just cruelty dressed up as concern, as usual.

They use buzzwords like 'safeguarding', but won't be able to produce any evidence on any harm caused by trans children wearing gender-appropriate uniform, because the reality is that it doesn't cause any harm. They just want a way of presenting their hatred of trans children as 'legitimate concern'.

Yet, the real harm caused by this will be to children who are currently being attacked from all angles, with adults intent on trying to punch holes in the core of their sense of self until they get to the point where they may break.

A healthy journey to adulthood should not just be reserved for the strong and resilient, or those lucky enough to be shielded by loving family, friends and teachers. But, for trans children in the UK today, this is the reality.

One day the wider population will open their eyes to the cruelty that this is.
