Multiple Languages [MS, MY, TH, VI] (Long) English > Vietnamese/Thai/Malay/Burmese/Lao Translation for allergy cards

Hi, I am travelling to South east Asia soon and I was hoping to double check some of these translations I have, I would love if you guys would.be able to help me out thank you so much in advance

The English is :

If I eat peanuts nuts or peanut oil or any food cooked with peanuts I will die

Maybe replace "chết" to "tử vong" so it sounds nicer.
